As of Oct. 1, 2017, Cain Watters & Associates is now using Suralink for document exchange. This web-based application combines a user-friendly file portal, request list and workflow features on a secure platform. It will house and file all of your accounting, tax and planning documents in one easy to use portal, that is accessible by your entire financial planning team.
We have made this change to make your experience better.
Suralink provides a much more transparent and efficient way to request and receive information. It allows all of our requests to be in the same place, visible by everyone involved and updated in real-time. Suralink adds an additional level of clarity and organization to the information collection process, and provides you with the easiest way to upload files. There are notifications to help provide real-time status of documents that have been requested, as well as the ability to share a published report with a third party – like a banker that is a needing a copy of a tax return.
This will replace the need for sending documents through encrypted emails, postal mail, fax, or uploading to the CWA Portal. The CWA Portal will be phased out to allow Suralink to be the primary application for document exchange and management.
