The registration fee includes a welcome reception on Thursday evening, two breakfasts, two lunches and dinner on Saturday evening. Spouses and guests are encouraged to attend all meals and presentations

You On Your Best Day presented by Mr. Michael Allosso

Mr. Allosso’s You On Your Best Day “performance” offers an entertaining perspective on dynamic and effective leadership. Participants will enhance and upgrade communication skills to maximize efficacy in diverse situations: from the office to home and family life. Mr. Allosso not only speaks, but he makes the audience act, all the while observing and sharing his candid observations through a unique blend of role-playing, anecdotes, passion and experience.


Life Transition Seminar: Retire Only When You Are Ready presented by Mr. Brian Bortz

You’ve made it! Decades of hard work and saving have finally allowed you to accumulate the wealth you need to retire. So, now what? Are you prepared for one of the biggest transitions of your lifetime? In this interactive session, Mr. Bortz will speak candidly about the worries you will face as you adjust to your new normal. It will educate on financial aspects, but also cover the commonly ignored psychological impact of retirement.

Investment Update Breakout Session presented by CWA’s Partners and Financial Planners

The investment breakout sessions at the annual meeting are designed to allow you to meet and interact with money managers that are currently utilized within CWA investment programs. The manager presentations as well as the question and answer sessions give clients the ability to further understand each managers’ process, mindset and risk management practice, as well as what differentiates them from the average active money manager.

Moneyball for CEO’s presented by Mr. Michael Hall

Finding, assembling, retaining and motivating top-tier talent is no easy task. To compete at the highest levels, how do you know whether you have the right team surrounding you? Mr. Hall utilizes a simple 4-6 minute survey that uses the participant’s organizational data, then provides analytical and statistical feedback for real-time discussions on each company. With a gloves-off and straightforward approach, Mr. Hall engages active participation from each member to ensure they leave with actionable take-away items to implement in their office.

CWA is thrilled to announce they have become an accredited provider through the Academy of General Dentistry to offer continuing education hours for attending the Annual Meeting. For the 2018 Annual Meeting, there will be up to 13 hours offered of practice management credits. Please contact Kristen Clynch with any questions.

Cain Watters & Associates is designated as an Approved PACE Program Provider by the Academy of General Dentistry.  The formal continuing education programs of this program provider are accepted by AGD for Fellowship, Mastership and membership maintenance credit.  Approval does not imply acceptance by a state or provincial board of dentistry or AGD endorsement.  The current term of approval extends from 1/1/2018 to 12/31/2019.  Provider ID# 208018
