Black Diamond Set to Rollout New UX This Fall
The Black Diamond wealth platform, which allows CWA advisors and clients easy access to financial data, will roll out an enhanced user experience later this year. Black Diamond provides 24/7 access to investment information and a tailored experience for users accessible through a secure portal. With the new look and feel, account information is presented within a more user-friendly interface for better navigation and overall functionality.
Financial data is now organized within “cards” that give investors a more expansive initial view allowing for a complete picture of the performance of your CWA accounts immediately after logging in. Usernames and passwords of current CWA investors will not change automatically with the refreshed interface. With a planned launch set for October 2016, your CWA planning team can share detailed information about how Black Diamond and its new features can help make monitoring your portfolio performance quick and easy.
