Tim became a partner of the firm in 2008. He brings to the table a levelheaded perspective, built on his decades of experience working with dental practice businesses. Taking his role as a mentor and educator seriously, he is an active member on many of the firm’s committees, including the Executive Committee, Training and Development Committee and Quality Control Committee. He is also the Partner liaison for the firm’s team of Associate Planners, playing a key role in hiring and training in the planning department.

Tim is frequently a guest speaker at the Seattle Study Club (SSC) Symposium and SSC clubs across the country. He has also authored articles for the SSC and several CWA blog posts on dental practice finances.

“I have clients who have been coming to me for the entire duration of my time here, over 20 years. I’m rewarded by the progress my clients have made toward their financial goals and retirement assets over the years; I strive to help each client, one at a time, get to where they want to be. The appreciation that clients show when they can retire is very meaningful and gratifying.”

Tim is married with three children and has one grandchild. He enjoys spending his free time being active outdoors. Tim serves in leadership roles at his church and served on the Board of the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas for a decade.
