Notice For Clients Regarding COVID-19

As of July 1, 2020, CWA will allow a limited number of clients in the office for in-person annual or new financial planning consultations. Clients are encouraged to use Zoom for consults through the end of August. Requests for virtual consults through the rest of the calendar year will be accommodated.

Unless required by state or local ordinance, the use of face masks will not be required on property, however disposable face masks and latex gloves are available to all visitors upon request.  Hand sanitizer stations are in the main entrance of the 5th and 6th floor, along with sanitation bottles in conference rooms. Consult rooms, workspaces, restrooms and conference rooms will be cleaned thoroughly and with increased frequency.

PRACTICING PREVENTION WHILE AT THE CWA OFFICE

Cover your mouth and nose with a  face cover when around others. Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.



Put distance between yourself and other people (at least 6 feet). Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

 


Clean your hands often, either with soap and water for 20 seconds or a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
