Del Ocloo

Del Ocloo earned his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Drexel University in 2004 and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Prior to joining CWA, Del held senior leadership roles on the finance teams of multiple global businesses across the consumer goods, telecommunications, and insurance industries. Most recently, he served as the Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer for T-Mobile U.S.’s prepaid brands.

At CWA, Del leads the firm’s internal finance functions, enabling teams across the organization to serve both internal and external clients with efficiency, clarity, and professionalism.

“My goal is to position every team member to thrive by leveraging their unique strengths. I hire talented people not to dictate tasks, but to empower them to shape outcomes. My role is to provide clarity on the ‘why,’ set the guardrails, and create space for them to lead.”

Del and his wife share a passion for mentoring, personal coaching, and exploring new cultures through food and travel. Their journeys have taken them across the U.S. and abroad, including six formative years living in Europe and South Africa.
