WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU IN SCOTTSDALE

As we prepare for an in-person meeting Feb. 24-26, 2022, at the Omni Scottsdale at Montelucia, we want to make you aware of our health and safety measures.

It is our priority to protect our attendees, presenters, and staff. To this extent, we have been working closely with the Omni Scottsdale and local health department guidelines regarding masks, social distancing practices and sanitation in order to reduce the spread of Novel Coronavirus, or COVID-19.

During these times, we acknowledge that no event can be completely risk-free, and we’re counting on you to do your part to help us present a safer event by following the below health guidance, and most importantly, being aware of your own health, symptoms and exposure risks.

FACE COVERINGS

Effective March 25, 2021 the State of Arizona does not mandate the wearing of face coverings in indoor or outdoor public settings, whether vaccinated or not. This includes the Omni hotel meeting space, common areas, public restaurants, and transportation. Most authorities highly recommend masks to be worn at all times, however this choice will be left to each individual attendee. Masks will be available to attendees at the Health & Wellness Station.

VACCINATIONS

While we will not require you to show proof of vaccination or a recent negative COVID-19 test to enter the meeting. If you’re not vaccinated and plan to attend, we urge you to do your research, talk to your doctor, and consider a vaccine, both for your safety and the safety of others.

HAND SANITATION

Hand sanitizer will be provided in attendee bags and offered at the CWA booth. Touchless hand sanitizing stations are provided throughout the hotel, with extra stations in our meeting space.

WHEN TO STAY HOME

Stay home or in your hotel room if you’re not feeling well or you’ve had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. Rapid antigen tests will be made available at our Health & Wellness Station should you need it. We can even have it delivered to your room.

OMNI HOTELS COMMITMENT TO CLEAN
