Wade is an alumnus of Baylor University where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and MBA from the University of North Texas.

In prior roles, Wade served as a Chief Information Officer and Chief Executive Officer within the financial services industry. Before joining CWA, he used his expertise in leading several mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within the private equity sector.

Wade is a member of the Society for Information Management (SIM) and Project Management Institute (PMI). As CEO of the National Teachers Associates (NTA) Life, he led the company to become a Ward’s Top 50 Life & Health Insurance Company for eight straight years.

He enjoys watching any Baylor sport, running, and spending time with his kids. Wade sits on the Dallas Arboretum Board of Directors.
