He also strives to take time to explore the destinations he is visiting, and recommends the same for CWA clients visiting the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe understand that our clients are busy, too, and it\u2019s not always possible to take the time to explore where you are going,\u201d Loretto said. \u201cBut if you can schedule your CWA business trip around a weekend, or build just an extra day into your travel schedule, the culture and entertainment possibilities of the Dallas area are well worth it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Loretto recommends these easy trip hacks to CWA clients, to get the most out of visits to the DFW metroplex.<\/p>\n

Tips for first-time visitors<\/h4>\n

The Legacy district surrounding CWA headquarters in Plano, a suburb of north Dallas, is full of upscale shopping, dining and hotel options, and within walking distance or a short car service ride away. It\u2019s easy to take a leisurely afternoon or a relaxing few hours exploring these options.<\/p>\n

The Shops at Legacy:<\/a> <\/span>A quick walk just north of CWA headquarters, this master planned business and entertainment district features 115 options for fine dining, shopping and entertainment. You can enjoy a world-class steak (Bob\u2019s Chop House and Del Frisco\u2019s Grille), bustling night life (Blue Martini and Sambuca 360) or one-of-a-kind boutiques (ella bleu and Mia Fiori).<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you stay at the Marriott you are right in the heart of it all,\u201d Loretto said.<\/p>\n

Legacy West:<\/a><\/span> Just across the tollway, the new Legacy West neighborhood offers even more master-planned amenities: 39 options for casual to luxury dining, shopping and entertainment including Coach and Tesla.<\/p>\n

Stay at the new Renaissance Hotel at Legacy West, and you can walk to these options also.<\/p>\n

Tips for returning visitors<\/h4>\n

For CWA clients who visit DFW regularly, Loretto suggests exploring downtown Dallas for its history, hotels, fine dining and urban culture.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor hotel options, the Mansion on Turtle Creek<\/a><\/span> is a wonderful luxury boutique hotel with impeccable service,\u201d Loretto said. \u201cFor old-school, five-star luxury, try the Ritz-Carlton Dallas<\/a><\/span>. Both have easy access to downtown Dallas events and sights.\u201d<\/p>\n

–<\/span>\u00a0The Sixth Floor Museum<\/a><\/span> at Dealey Plaza, chronicling the life, death and legacy of President John F. Kennedy

Tips for experiencing Fort Worth<\/h4>\n

Nicknamed Cowtown, Fort Worth is just 44 miles from CWA headquarters. With a cowboy-and-cattle heritage and the slogan \u201cWhere the West Begins,\u201d Fort Worth is an easy day trip from Dallas. Or book a hotel in Fort Worth to explore and enjoy.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs the last stop on the Chisholm Trail for cattle drives, the Fort Worth Stockyards<\/a><\/span> is a certified National Historic District,\u201d Loretto said. \u201cYou can see a cattle drive, get fitted for custom cowboy boots, explore cowboy culture and history, and even stay overnight in the historic West at the Stockyards Hotel.\u201d<\/p>\n

Billing itself as the world\u2019s largest honky tonk, Billy Bob\u2019s Texas<\/a><\/span> regularly books country icons including Willie Nelson and Ronnie Milsap. Located in the stockyards neighborhood, Billy Bob\u2019s also offers mechanical bull rides and music history exhibits.<\/p>\n

Other easy visit hacks<\/h4>\n

We are crazy about our football here in Texas, and Dallas hosts four professional sports teams, too. For sports enthusiasts, Loretto recommends:<\/p>\n

– A visit to the $60 million high school stadium that can hold up to 18,000 spectators for the Allen, TX Eagles
\n<\/a><\/span>– A tour of the state-of-the-art AT&T Stadium<\/a> <\/span>in Arlington. The 73-acre, 3-million square foot home of the Dallas Cowboys has the world\u2019s largest high definition video screens.
\n– Catching a game to see Dallas professional teams in action:<\/p>\n
