We are recording today, Tuesday, May 19th. What do you\u00a0got? Oh,\u00a0we&#8217;ve got\u00a0a wonderful list. These are things that we save up, listeners.\u00a0We&#8217;re\u00a0actually\u00a0going\u00a0to\u00a0do IPO talk here in an upcoming recording, given the IPOs that are coming.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">We\u00a0talk\u00a0about investment stuff.\u00a0We&#8217;ve\u00a0got an awesome one\u00a0coming up with\u00a0some legacy planning. I just listened to the lifestyle creep one this morning. It was\u00a0very good. It was excellent.\u00a0Yeah, and we save\u00a0little things\u00a0that we\u00a0want to\u00a0talk about, and so\u00a0that&#8217;s\u00a0what we get,\u00a0scattershooting.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">And so\u00a0yeah, we are\u00a0going to\u00a0run through\u00a0maybe a\u00a0deeper conversation on credit card fees and surcharging.\u00a0That&#8217;s\u00a0something our clients are always talking about, and\u00a0we&#8217;ve\u00a0got some good stuff on that.\u00a0Also,\u00a0some investment stuff as usual, but Judson, I feel like we\u00a0have to\u00a0start with almonds.\u00a0Almonds.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Okay. Why wouldn&#8217;t we? I\u00a0don&#8217;t\u00a0know where\u00a0you&#8217;re\u00a0going with this, but I feel like\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0high on my list of nuts. It is. We should do\u00a0top\u00a0five, bottom five nuts. First ghosts- Or not.\u00a0First\u00a0ghosts. Or not.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">So,\u00a0I saw this stat that almonds, the water usage for almonds is more than data centers. Really? Yes,\u00a0because\u00a0all this data center stuff, right?\u00a0Everybody&#8217;s like, &#8220;Oh, data centers, water, cooling, energy,&#8221; all this, that almonds\u00a0actually cost\u00a0more water.\u00a0So,\u00a0it sent me down a rabbit hole.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">But first I just\u00a0want to\u00a0talk about the data center count, Judson. Currently there are 4,000 data centers in America. Okay. Okay. 4,000.\u00a0That&#8217;s\u00a0right. There are\u00a0th- I\u00a0would&#8217;ve\u00a0guessed more. Yeah, I guess\u00a0so\u00a0too. Maybe because we feel like that in Texas because\u00a0they&#8217;re\u00a0everywhere in Texas. There are 3,000 under construction, so\u00a0we&#8217;re\u00a0about to almost double. Okay. So that sends us, again, down this, &#8220;oh no, what&#8217;s\u00a0going to\u00a0happen to all the water?&#8221;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">How many almonds would it take to water the data centers? So current water consumption for data centers&#8230; Is it data or data?\u00a0It&#8217;s\u00a0data because of The Goonies. Data. Correct. Okay. On this podcast, folks, it is data. Data centers.\u00a0Yeah, because he was the man on The Goonies.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Current estimates are that data center water consumption is\u00a0200 billion gallons\u00a0a year.\u00a0Seems\u00a0like a lot. It is.\u00a0It&#8217;s\u00a0a lot. Almonds use\u00a02 trillion gallons. Yeah, but I feel like\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0better used because\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0natural.\u00a0It&#8217;s\u00a0like plants, they giveth and\u00a0receiveth. But the almond, 2 trillion? I mean, I\u00a0don&#8217;t\u00a0know. But you could\u00a0basically just, the things that I know that\u00a0you&#8217;re\u00a0on ChatGPT with, which you\u00a0have to\u00a0understand that history is saved, Judson.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Uh,\u00a0yeah, I know. People can go back and look at that.\u00a0It&#8217;s\u00a0true. In fact,\u00a0maybe on\u00a0one of these episodes we should just read each other&#8217;s prompts in there. Okay. I\u00a0decline.\u00a0So,\u00a0I like almonds. I do too.\u00a0So,\u00a0I\u00a0don&#8217;t\u00a0feel like this is something that can be replaced. I\u00a0don&#8217;t\u00a0think\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0going to be.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">But there are things&#8230; last night\u00a0I&#8217;m\u00a0watching baseball and\u00a0I&#8217;m\u00a0like, &#8220;There are things that I could replace.&#8221;\u00a0So,\u00a0I went and I asked, Grok. I have decided to\u00a0eliminate\u00a0eggplants, artichokes- Wait, artichokes are delicious &#8230; no, no. This is my game, not yours. Olives, tofu, and grapefruit, and I have just found enough water for the data centers.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Really?\u00a0Yeah.\u00a0So,\u00a0when I was in Hong Kong, I had stinky tofu. It was\u00a0possibly the\u00a0worst bite of food\u00a0I&#8217;ve\u00a0ever had in my life. Is that like eggplant tofu? It&#8230; no. Eggplants\u00a0I&#8217;m\u00a0with you on. All right. You heard it here first.\u00a0If Judson and I can get rid of eggplants, artichokes, olives, although no olive oil, which would be tough, tofu, and grapefruit, we can have data centers.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Yeah, I&#8217;m\u00a0really only\u00a0with you on\u00a0the eggplant. I mean,\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0not that I love\u00a0grapefruit, but I feel like it has its place. To flavor water? In fruit. In the fruit&#8230; In the fruit genre.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">All right. Moving on, congratulations to Nvidia, Judson, who is now the third-largest country in the world as far as GDP goes.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">What&#8217;s\u00a0their population? I\u00a0don&#8217;t\u00a0know. Really? 80,000? 60,000 employees? I\u00a0don&#8217;t\u00a0know. Yeah, I\u00a0don&#8217;t\u00a0either.\u00a0$5.5 trillion\u00a0is what they hit.\u00a0They&#8217;re\u00a0down the last few days, no big deal. US\u00a0$32 trillion, China\u00a0$21 trillion, but Germany has been surpassed. They were\u00a0$5.4 trillion, and now Nvidia is bigger than them.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">And\u00a0we probably, in\u00a0all honesty, with this technology surge\u00a0that&#8217;s\u00a0coming, we got some that are\u00a0going to\u00a0continue to pass Germany, Japan, UK, et cetera, et cetera. Did you find the answer? 42,000.\u00a042,000 employees?\u00a0That&#8217;s\u00a0a lot of market\u00a0cap\u00a0per employee. Their per capita GDP is strong to quite strong indeed.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">And that got me going down another rabbit hole. This is what happens. I start and then I go.\u00a0And\u00a0so,\u00a0I went and found a\u00a0couple of\u00a0interesting stats that I\u00a0want to\u00a0talk to you about.\u00a0So first off, we are now at an all-time high of the top 10 companies in the S&amp;P and how much of the profit of the S&amp;P is theirs.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Okay?\u00a0So,\u00a0in 1996, you take the top 10, and only 17% of the profit for the S&amp;P 500 was\u00a0those. What was the&#8230; Are you\u00a0going to\u00a0tell\u00a0me\u00a0the market cap at that time?\u00a0So,\u00a017% was\u00a0the income- the net? They shared-\u00a0yeah, 17% of the profits. Okay. It is now 34%, so\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a02X in the last 30 years So over a third of the total profits of the S&amp;P 500 is those 10 companies, which is crazy.\u00a0It&#8217;s\u00a0wild.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">And\u00a0again,\u00a0that sort of goes to this\u00a0broader like\u00a0software theme, intangible asset theme because those 10, I mean, we can\u00a0pretty much name\u00a0them. We do oftentimes on here. And I mean, again, I\u00a0don&#8217;t\u00a0know\u00a0that&#8217;s\u00a0telling us anything other what we already know.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The\u00a0big\u00a0get\u00a0bigger.\u00a0They&#8217;re\u00a0highly, highly profitable. And even with this recent setback on their stock price, many of them, their PE\u00a0ratio&#8217;s\u00a0not that terrible. Yep. But it does show, even more so, not even just like we talk about\u00a0the market\u00a0capitalization so\u00a0heavy\u00a0toward those 10, but also the profits as well. It does show that index is not very diversified.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">It&#8217;s\u00a0interesting because, in this scenario, unlike\u00a0maybe times\u00a0in the past when\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0been, banking or\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0been, oil and gas, how does this get supplanted? Yeah, I\u00a0don&#8217;t\u00a0know. I mean,\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0going to\u00a0be&#8230; because the reality is that AI is going to, while it will, again, go across everything\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0going to\u00a0go to those companies as well. 100%. You know?<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">I think there will be new entrants in, right? Like, you might find these new companies that sort of wiggle their way in, certainly like\u00a0SpaceX or Anthropic could as well. But I mean, it does create some broad concern when\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0like, man, those 10 are just,\u00a0they&#8217;re\u00a0ruling the roost on the S&amp;P because there was another good stat.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">I&#8217;ve\u00a0got some decent concerns about where inflation is going right now. And remember, listeners, where inflation\u00a0goes,\u00a0interest rates\u00a0have to\u00a0go as well. And\u00a0so,\u00a0I think\u00a0that&#8217;s\u00a0a big story for this year, like\u00a0we&#8217;ve\u00a0talked about. But I have\u00a0some decent concerns, Judson, because I\u00a0went and did\u00a0a little bit of research on this.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The average\u00a0year over year\u00a0return of the S&amp;P 500 when inflation is\u00a0sub 3%, is 10%, and\u00a0that&#8217;s\u00a0in the history of the S&amp;P 500. Okay.\u00a0So really,\u00a0really good\u00a0average returns.\u00a0When\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0over 3%,\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0only 5.5% average rates of return.\u00a0It&#8217;s\u00a0a large difference. Yeah, I mean, just because it eats away, right, at their profit\u00a0margins,\u00a0inflation does.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">And I think when we see\u00a0what&#8217;s\u00a0happening right now with the 10-year yield and 30-year as well, inflation is a big, big, big problem. Yes, it is. And we are not done with\u00a0what&#8217;s\u00a0going on in the Middle East.\u00a0So,\u00a0it will be\u00a0interesting\u00a0with that much concentration existing in the S&amp;P\u00a0what\u00a0are the implications if inflation stays high?<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">All right\u00a0we&#8217;re\u00a0going to\u00a0do an about-face. Okay. Judson, I have decided it is\u00a0travel\u00a0season, and so we need to bring our listeners the truth, which is flight etiquette. Well, before we go to flight etiquette,\u00a0I&#8217;d\u00a0like to say that as a recent purchaser of\u00a0flights\u00a0inflation is real. Insane. Good Lord. Insane. Wild. I mean, just\u00a0a simple flight to Austin or Houston is,\u00a0like,\u00a0$500. Yep.\u00a0It&#8217;s\u00a0wild.\u00a0Everything&#8217;s\u00a0basically doubled.\u00a0Yeah.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">And I think, I mean, again you look at that, and I\u00a0actually saw\u00a0a stat the other\u00a0day,\u00a0prices are surging, but demand is still there. People are still traveling this summer. Now, you might see some that are like, &#8220;Hey, I&#8217;m actually\u00a0going to\u00a0just drive across country instead of\u00a0fly.&#8221; But we have gotten so used to, &#8220;Hey, I&#8217;m going to Europe this summer,&#8221; that\u00a0there&#8217;s\u00a0almost like, &#8220;Hey, I&#8217;m still\u00a0going to\u00a0pay\u00a0it.&#8221; Find a way. Yep.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">So\u00a0the question, listeners, is, &#8220;hey, with costs rising, I can&#8217;t necessarily do fee increases like I would want to. Do I add a surcharge for patients that are paying with credit\u00a0card?&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Which\u00a0we&#8217;re\u00a0going to\u00a0talk about our thoughts on this, but I do\u00a0want to\u00a0just bring a little bit of&#8230; There was an article written back in October of last year by Merchant Advocate,\u00a0who&#8217;s\u00a0a big player in the space for credit\u00a0cards\u00a0and they talked about it. And\u00a0so,\u00a0I do\u00a0want to\u00a0bring up a\u00a0couple\u00a0issues,\u00a0and I think these are\u00a0really good.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">First off, there are some legal things you\u00a0have to\u00a0clear here.\u00a0First, as of 2025,\u00a0surcharging\u00a0is\u00a0actually illegal\u00a0in certain states, including Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, and California.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">So\u00a0there are some that allow it with caps or other restrictions.\u00a0So\u00a0like Colorado, for instance, limits it to 2%. Now who knows in 2026, I\u00a0didn&#8217;t\u00a0go a deep dive on necessarily who is allowing this by state by state, but I do think\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0something that you need to ensure that your state rules are being followed. So that&#8217;s number one.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Number two, there are\u00a0actually card\u00a0brand rules as well.\u00a0So\u00a0Visa allows one thing, MasterCard allows another. And those, if you disobey those or if you&#8217;re turned in by one of your customers on those, then you can actually&#8230; They can basically deny folks using their credit card with you, which would be\u00a0a negative. It would be a big negative. I think\u00a0that&#8217;s\u00a0another one, right? You&#8217;ve\u00a0have\u00a0to\u00a0make sure that you understand the rules of each card\u00a0that&#8217;s\u00a0out there.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Third and final, most insurance providers do not allow, and\u00a0that&#8217;s\u00a0something that I have talked about with\u00a0clients,\u00a0they do not allow surcharges. And\u00a0that&#8217;s\u00a0also the case with folks that say, &#8220;Hey, well, I&#8217;m\u00a0going to\u00a0just discount&#8230; or I&#8217;m\u00a0going to\u00a0essentially add it to my fees and then discount if they&#8217;re not using it.&#8221;\u00a0It&#8217;s\u00a0the exact same thing.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">So, I think those three, Judson, before we talk about, like, our thoughts on it right now in the current climate, number\u00a0one, listeners, make sure\u00a0you&#8217;re\u00a0following your\u00a0state\u00a0rules. Number two, the card companies rule themselves. A pissed off patient that knows the rules. And you could get fined or hand slapped.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Last thing before we talk about\u00a0maybe some\u00a0of the softer pieces of this is if you are\u00a0operating\u00a0offices in multiple states, you do have to abide by the state rules for each office depending upon where\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0located.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Okay.\u00a0Judson, with that, what do you think about this?\u00a0It&#8217;s\u00a0a hard one for me because I think that while people have become more used to it than they were a few years ago, I still think that\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0a hot button item for some people. And I feel like\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0something where&#8230; to our clients that are thinking about this, it makes sense.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">It&#8217;s\u00a0like\u00a0I&#8217;m\u00a0passing this on to you, right? It feels\u00a0like,\u00a0this fee is agnostic to your practice. I\u00a0don&#8217;t\u00a0think\u00a0that&#8217;s\u00a0the way consumers feel, and I think that it can be\u00a0an easy way\u00a0to annoy some patients, honestly.\u00a0I think that we\u00a0are in a society\u00a0where\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0not like it was 10 years ago where people are walking around with multiple options of ways to pay.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">People are used to paying with credit\u00a0card, and they\u00a0want to\u00a0pay with credit\u00a0card, whether that be for points, convenience, safety, honestly. And\u00a0so\u00a0if\u00a0you&#8217;re\u00a0putting any barrier up to that, I think it could be seen as\u00a0a negative.\u00a0That&#8217;s\u00a0not to say that I\u00a0haven&#8217;t\u00a0had clients that have told me\u00a0they&#8217;ve\u00a0had some success with it.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Most of my clients that felt like\u00a0they&#8217;ve\u00a0had success with it are orthodontists who are getting patients to sign up on ACH debit as opposed to credit\u00a0card\u00a0when\u00a0they&#8217;re\u00a0talking about their ongoing things.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">I think that may be a little bit easier when you&#8217;re talking about an ongoing contract that&#8217;s running for a long time rather than &#8220;I&#8217;m going to the front desk to pay for this procedure that I just had done and be done with this office for a while, and that&#8217;s when I find out that this is my option.&#8221;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Yeah. I agree\u00a0on\u00a0everything you said. When I&#8217;ve been talking to clients about\u00a0it,\u00a0I&#8217;ve given them the sort of pros and cons, not just these things that I just mentioned from this article, but I&#8217;ve given them the pros and cons of, &#8220;hey, this will change potentially how your patients view you,&#8221; right?<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Like, do you become\u00a0the\u00a0convenience store on the corner? And\u00a0there&#8217;s\u00a0nothing wrong with a convenience\u00a0store,\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0just a different type of business than\u00a0a medical\u00a0practice.\u00a0So,\u00a0I mean,\u00a0that&#8217;s\u00a0an important thing to understand.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">What are the implications\u00a0on\u00a0your staff?\u00a0Because they&#8217;re\u00a0going to\u00a0be the ones that are\u00a0actually addressing\u00a0it with patients, not you.\u00a0How are your staff going to feel,\u00a0like,\u00a0having that conversation? How are your staff going to feel about you wanting to implement it or whatever else it is?<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">So,\u00a0I think\u00a0that&#8217;s\u00a0a big one as well.\u00a0And\u00a0also,\u00a0what are your other competitors or referrals doing in the area?\u00a0So,\u00a0I&#8217;ve had a few situations where my clients have gone back, they&#8217;ve looked around their community, they&#8217;ve talked to their team, they&#8217;ve implemented, it&#8217;s gone fine, and it&#8217;s an immediate boost.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">I&#8217;ve\u00a0had situations where that exact same thing\u00a0happens,\u00a0they implement it, and they get enough patient\u00a0pushback\u00a0that they pull it off. And then the third one\u00a0I&#8217;ve\u00a0had is\u00a0I&#8217;ve\u00a0had them go back and treatment coordinators, the\u00a0folks that are\u00a0actually presenting\u00a0treatment, the lead up front at the front desk\u00a0basically say, &#8220;Doctor, please don&#8217;t do this.&#8221;<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">And I think\u00a0on\u00a0those, really looking at your team and saying, &#8220;Okay, if this is&#8230;&#8221; because again,\u00a0they&#8217;re\u00a0going to\u00a0be the ones that are in front of the patients themselves.\u00a0I think that&#8217;s how you can\u00a0more or less address\u00a0whether or not\u00a0you do it.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Well, and I think when you look at it, you\u00a0have to\u00a0assess- for each individual practice, you\u00a0have to\u00a0assess how much you are getting by credit card and what that potential inflow would be if you charge that\u00a0on\u00a0everybody.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">And I think\u00a0it&#8217;s\u00a0a frustrating thing for our clients to see how big these credit card fees have\u00a0grown to\u00a0over the years as\u00a0everybody&#8217;s\u00a0using credit cards.\u00a0But I think that you\u00a0have to\u00a0weigh exactly what you just said with &#8220;are there other areas we can do that?&#8221;\u00a0Whether that is a fee increase,\u00a0that&#8217;s\u00a0just a general fee\u00a0increase,\u00a0maybe you\u00a0haven&#8217;t\u00a0done that in a while, or are there other areas where you can save?<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Or frankly, even though it\u00a0won&#8217;t\u00a0go away, have you done a good analysis\u00a0on\u00a0your own credit card fees to see if you are efficient?
