When you have determined that a practice transition is necessary to meet the goals you have established during Phase I or Phase II, it is appropriate for you to engage us for this additional service. The Practice Evaluation and Transition Consultation includes a detailed plan analysis and development of a sales strategy utilizing our transition methodology. Under this system, Cain, Watters and Associates defines the continuing relationship between a doctor and an associate in three distinct phases: Employment Phase, At Risk Phase, and Buy-in Phase. During your consultation, we strive to provide all parties with a thorough understanding of each phase, including when to sell, who to sell to, and how to sell.

In order to obtain the best result, a personal long-term goal and plan are essential. Therefore, in all cases, the "Practice Transition" service is only available to clients who have completed Personal Financial Independence Planning (Phase I). Additionally, our fee for this service is listed in a range and is applied based on the following additional prerequisites: A) whether the seller has engaged CWA for Monitoring - Annual Planning Review and Update (Phase II), and B) whether the seller and the buyer have attended the Practice Transition Seminar.
